Fort Wayne Derby Girls Schedule Try Outs June 15 and 22 at Bell’s
Fort Wayne, Indiana (June 11, 2009) The Fort Wayne Derby Girls, Fort Wayne’s only all female, flat-track professional roller derby league, has scheduled try outs for the 2010 season. Interested skaters may come to Bell’s, located at 7009 US Highway 30 E, on June 15 and 22 at 6:30 p.m. The 2010 season marks the Fort Wayne Derby Girls fifth season.
The Fort Wayne Derby Girls have stormed the Fort, blowing away fans with our skills on the track, commitment to community, and overall love for the game of roller derby. We have become a force to be reckoned within the Fort Wayne sports arena and we are looking for a few good women to fill the ranks in our expanding league. To try out, interested skaters must bring a helmet. All other pads are optional and skates will be available. No previous skating experience is necessary.
