I wanted a dog and my husband didn't,I finally talked him into it and we went to Roanoke to pick out a puppy from some people who were selling poodle puppies. They only had two left and one had long legs and they said no one had picked him because he had long legs and was oversized for a full blooded minature poodle and would not be considered breedable. We decided to take him home and love him not knowing he would grow up to be such a beautiful and intelligent dog. His name is Polo and his nickname is Babybutt. He thinks everyone is happy to see him, he even greets strangers with tail wagging and ready to play. Groomers, neighbors, family and friends always compliment on his obedience, playfulness, gentle manner. To know him is to love him. Even if he does not win this contest he has won our hearts.
