Carlos the Jack-Rat Terrier was rescued from a guy who couldn't handle little dogs. But for a little dog he has a BIG heart! This would be My family's first Small dog and our first terrier! We were reluctant in taking on such a notoriously high energy breed, but we decided that he needed a home and we wanted a dog! We took on the challenge and Carlos has brought us nothing but laughter, cuteness, and joy! There is never a dull moment with him! He is a very tricky dog and he has a big imagination whether being attacked by his squeaky toys or burying his toys "with imaginary dirt" in our living room! He loves to run on the treadmill and leap almost eye-level! It surprises us everytime he makes it up that high! He is a bundle of joy and we wouldn't trade him for anything!!!
