This adorable face is guilty. When her owners are not looking, Cowgirl Cocoa takes off with toilet paper!
The evidence is in plain sight. T-P is strung from the roll, through the bathroom, down the hall, into the living room and under the table. The T-P bearded doggie is a dead giveaway! The occasional chewing is also a clue.
Cocoa lies next to the stuffed doggie, thinking she has a decoy. NOT! We know the stuffed dog is not stuffed with T-P. Cocoa is, though! Too bad Cowgirl Cocoa has no get-away. Her horse does not even put up with her horsin' around!
