Saving Jury Pool?

The remonstrance on a new Jury Pool in New Haven is underway.

The photo is of blue petition holders campaigning for signatures at the New Haven Lincoln Plaza parking lot.

I am curious about their new signage stating that you can save Jury Pool by signing blue when the blue petition specifically states it is "AGAINST the proposed lease by the city of New Haven park district for the renovation of and additions to the Jury Pool."

This is just one example of the deceitful ways the opposition to the pool project is attempting to collect signatures. It is difficult to accept this remonstrance as the democratic process it is supposed to be when the blue side is out intentionally misleading people. It appears they will do or say anything, no matter how underhanded, to get another name on a blue petition.

I would be interested to hear how they justify this and their conflicting slogans. How do they plan to save Jury Pool with "no new taxes"?

Vote YELLOW to save Jury Pool. Time to sign is running out. The petition period runs through October 12th. Visit savejurypool.com to learn the real facts and where to sign a petition.

It seems to me that the blue side is getting so panicky they are willing to steal the yellow side's slogan. They seem have no moral values at all.

From the looks of it Floyd has lost his grip on reality or his wife has made him homless and he is living on tips out of his truck
