It is finally here!! I was told by the producer of Headline News that the 'Breakthrough Women' segment featuring the cofounder of the FW Derby Girls Tonya Vojtkofsky (AKA Minx) will air October 16th.

We are so excited and proud to have this kind of recognition for our league! I

If you have dishnetwork it is channel 202. Not sure about comcast cus I live out in the country and not able to get Comcast. :(

Hope everyone tunes in for this segment on 'Breakthough Women' and get a real look at what derby is all about.

The whole point of our type of organization is no owners. For the skaters by the skaters. No worries about greedy paws here. Thats just one of many reasons to the love the sport/organization.

Ha ha. I dont care if he buys a football team. Roller Derby teams are not for profit businesses that are run by the members who are also the skaters and not available for Mr. Limbaugh to purchase!!!!

Congrats on the story! This is an awesome promotion of the special women at the heart of our sport. People spouting politics over this sort of story obviously have too much time on their hands. Take it somewhere appropriate please.
