The Kendallville and Limberlost Public Library's float took home the first place prize in its category at the Noble County Community Fair Parade on Saturday, July 7 in Kendallville. The float, in celebration of the fair's 125th birthday, showcased a giant 13'5" birthday cake. Staff members and their children sported party hats and blew noisemakers to add to the party atmosphere.
