My wife and I were sitting outside enjoying the first warm days in March here in our town of Wabash, IN. I was wandering about our property surveying to the best of my ability of spotting new life after the winter. Armed with my son's cell phone, I spotted a bit of purple among all the dead leaves and vines of trees and bushes of last season. This "little fella" had popped out at the base of our wooden lighthouse. Am not sure what kind of flower it is, but it really doesn't matter, does it? I love seeing God at work in even the small things.

It is, especially since everything else was still blah from the winter. Took it on March 18, 2010, in the late afternoon/early evening.
