Sunday, July 18th, cloud rotation

This video was shot around 5:00 pm on the southeast edge of Wabash. Notice the rotation in the clouds, we were sure this was going to turn into a funnel cloud, however as you can see it dissipates. First time I have seen cloud rotation in person.
