My husband has been researching Great Danes for the past 6 months. He had been placed on a waiting list for a puppy through a breeder. Because I work at the shelter we discussed that should we get a Great Dane into the shelter before the litter was born to the breeder, he would adopt a shelter puppy. So, on July 1st, we became the proud parents of a nine week old Great Dane! He is the best puppy and immediately bonded with our 4-year old daughter. My husband is not only extremely happy he finally got his dog, but he has been encouraging others to come to the shelter to be matched with their perfect pet.
Can we go already?
